Hi Everyone Well done to everyone who turned up on Sunday despite the awful weather!  And for those of you who stayed in bed, I can’t really blame you! Bank Holiday Paddling For everyone going to Croyde – I hope there is some great surf!  And for everyone else there is no recreational session this weekend due to the Bank Holiday. The Sharks Marafun Summer Series The next race in the Sharks Marafun Summer Series at Harefield, takes place on Tuesday 8th May starting at 7pm. There are three distances to choose from; for the beginners: 1.5 miles (no portages), intermediate 3.5miles (two portages), and for the more experienced paddler: 6.4miles (5 portages) – all distances start and finish at the Coy Carp pub, and only just costs £2 per person.  If…

Hi Nomads! What a busy day on the water today with canoe training, recreational session, polo and beginners polo training!  I hope everyone found something they enjoyed. Here is a reminder of what we have going on over the next few weeks: Maintenance Day Will take place on Saturday 21st April 10:00 – 14:00 to prepare the equipment and club for our busy summer months.  Please do your best to turn up for all/part of the day as there is lots to be done. Beginners Polo The final 2 sessions are on 29th April and 13th May.  I joined today's session which was great fun and the chance to have a go at “real” polo without the pros (obviously the coaches are pros!)
