Nomad/Tandridge Development participated in the SE Regional Canoe Polo Tournament on April 13, 2025, delivering a series of competitive performances. Over the course of the day, the team played with precision, energy, and discipline despite some close calls after a long break between games but still securing critical wins to solidify their position at the top of the league.
They finished the season with 10 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss, scoring 82 goals and conceding only 30, finishing with 31 points and earning promotion to Division 1.
🔹 Highlights included:
- 8–1 vs East End Black
- 6-1 vs St Albans Raiders
- 10–1 vs Blackwater
- 8–2 vs East End Pink

Their success reflects consistent development and strong team chemistry. Nomad/Tandridge Development now look forward to the challenge of competing in Division 1 next season.
The weekend also saw the first outing for Nomads second polo pitch (see picture below). Thanks to all those who worked so hard to make this happen (Chilly, Darrell, Tony, Darren, Lleyton (plus anyone I’ve forgotten)). Just need to find a better solution to keep the goals in place!
